What’s mind?? How we deal with our mind? Do we have active mind . Have you ever felt what we do intentionally or unintentionally its in our mind . The thoughts which are their in our mind sometimes makes us positive, negative . Mind plays a very important role. Do we have a healthy Mind . All these questions are really important and we as a human being are unable to find answers of these.
The thoughts generally carry all kind of ideas and what’s going on inside and these will help us to develop our way in the world. Thinking before doing is really a good thing. But overthinking about something, about any relationship will lead only to suffer. Ahhh!!!! , I am personally an overthinker person as when the thoughts comes to my mind , they are beyond my control. Have anyone noticed what happens when we get stuck into a feeling which we never wanted to or we don’t like. Any feeling which is hurting us and we are unable to get out of it. Eg – When the company doesn’t pay a good appraisal, when your friends starts ignoring you, when people change according to their preferences. These may be few but day to day examples which we deal with.
One thing which is very common in all these examples are they all are connected with external circumstances. But then why these external circumstances effect us so badly that we are not able to control our internal feelings . Why it happens we feel like – Man !! the life is no more.. we don’t want to live any more , we cry based on these external circumstances and get a negative feeling all the time.
The mind is very powerful and plays very well as the mind tries to adopt the negative part first rather than the positive one. Plus , One more important thing, we try to make perceptions about every dam thing. Perceptions are nothing but our own personal thinking. The truth is that we create these perceptions on our own and we ourselves are responsible for whatever positive, negative we get in our lives. We cannot blame anyone for any wrong thing .
The best solution is – “Think less and enjoy more”. I read a very nice Quote – “Thinking too much leads to paralysis by analysis.” So, lets see how to solve this issue by following the below steps:-
- Try to think Less – We cannot force ourselves to stop thinking. I have been trying hard to do so , but will never end this and I have wasted a lot of energy trying this. The best way we can try is to just notice how you think. The less you will have a hold on our thinking , the more you will become lighter on your emotions. There should not be any judgment, no overthinking, no expectations. Just let them go each and every time. Trust me, This will help you to live your life peacefully.
- Try to deal with every situation – We have a lot of ups and down in our life. There will be a lot of time when we treat every situation as life and death matter, and we die every time if we will not change ourselves. Nothing will harm you in this world as much as your own thoughts. When you’ve had a life of overthinking, you have the same reaction time and time again.
So, to conclude when we do everything right , we think less in our mind. We are good at we do. How we get stuck in our way is just by overthinking . We cant stop thinking but what we can do is we can see them , remember to observe but never grasp them. In this , Meditation is the best way . We can keep our mind more relaxed . Try to talk out with friends when you are in a negative situation. Start loving yourself and try to remain happy. No matter how hard life is.
