Everyone of us has a common question – Weight Loss , Be fit and Healthy , keep the body in shape.. Is it possible ?? Millions of people follow a proper , strict diet, regular exercise which keeps their body in shape and on the other side we see their are many people who actually want to keep their body in shape but due to laziness or they are fond of food which they cant leave are unable to reduce weight. The main aim is to keep your body in shape . People do have a Funda of life .. My Body, My shape, my Rules and they follow this rule of life.

Body In shape doesn’t mean that we need to keep our body as Size zero. This means eating healthy food so that body doesn’t accumulate lot of fat which doesn’t look good and also creates a lot of health problem. Body in shape is determined by many measurements – shoulders, waist, hips etc. The first and foremost important thing a person should accept is their Body . Start loving yourself. The more you love yourself, the more beautiful you would look.

I would love to share with you few important tips through which you can keep your body well in shape , and would start loving it .There are no shortcuts for reducing weight or keeping the body in shape. It takes a lot of effort and consistency for doing it. But trust me once you would be regular in keeping your body in shape , the Compliments you would receive would be beyond your expectations and you would only say ” Iam Loving it”. So here we Go to make you more beautiful and to keep you fit.

“To love yourself right now, just as you are, is to give yourself heaven. Don’t wait until you die. If you wait, you die now. If you love, you live now.”

 

  • Eat A healthy Protein Diet . This will boost your Metabolism and will also keep you full for a longer time.
  • Drink lots and lots of water during the day. In winters , try to drink warm water . Drinking enough water throughout the day is good for overall health and can even help you maintain a healthy weight.
  • Cutting out foods high in added sugars is a great way to lose excess weight and keep body in shape.
  • Just 30 minutes of walking per day has been a wonderful source to keep our Body In shape. One may do exercise, Yoga, Aerobics as per their Body , and how much they want to keep fit. But Walking is must for everyone.
  • People don’t believe but its the fact that Home food is the best food. Though we are fond of Restaurant food but make it a practise to eat at home. I am Sure this year Corona has changed our habit of eating food and making a lot of variety of dishes at home.
  • Creating a healthier lifestyle means finding the time to put yourself first, even if you don’t think it’s possible. Responsibilities like work and parenting are some of the most important things in life, but your health should be one of your top priorities.
  • Surrounding yourself with positive people who make you feel good about creating a healthy lifestyle will help you stay motivated and on track.
